Giana is a grey 2014 Holsteiner filly with a classic pedigree (Contefino x Calato x Lacapo x Carneval). She's kind, easy, laid back and correct. She's very balanced and is a powerful girl. Giana is a fairly tall filly and looks like she will mature around 16.2-17h. Her dam consistently makes foals with the best brains, and this filly is no exception!

Giana's sire, Contefino (Contender), is a modern son of Contender that jumped at the 1.60m level in Europe after earning the highest scores of any Holsteiner stallion in the US. Contefino makes offspring with the good Contender type and a generous jump. He has a limited number of progeny on the ground, but with his pedigree and sport results, there's no doubt that they'll jump.

Giana's dam, G Bo Pa June, is a 17.1h imported Holsteiner mare that was a grand prix horse. June's uterine sister, Meret, jumped internationally and was ranked in the WBFSH standings in 2003/04. Meret has produced one offspring (Roger Rabbit), who was imported and is competing and winning in grand prix.
