Having only been in training a few weeks, he is now schooling all 2nd level work including shoulder in, turn on the haunches, walk/canter transitions, and counter canter.
This smart and talented guy learns new concepts very quickly. At his first horse show he already scored in the mid 60’s, placing fourth in a competitive recognized show.
Gladador loads/ hauls like a dream, is good for the vet and farrier, UTD on vaccinations, worming, teeth floating and coggins. He has been ridden around chickens and guinea hens and has been on trails. He crossties without a problem, gets along with other horses and can be left inside the barn alone, if required, without a fuss. Gladador is sweet, sound,uncomplicated to ride and has a wonderful forward-thinking attitude. This horse will be great for a rider with experience bringing horses up the levels, and who enjoys taking Gladador for the occasional gallop!
Gladador is by Barbian HPF, a 16.3h imported stallion owned by Hidden Pond Farm. Barbian himself was shown through fourth level with many championships, including Regional Reserve Champion at 4th level. He is a proven sire of competition dressage offspring.
