Deuze is a devilishly handsome four year old Dutch Warmblood gelding by Sir Gregory out of an imported Dutch mare by Jupilot. He is the ultimate youngster destined for the big ring. He has a calm, easy demeanor, super trainability and loves his person. He has had extensive ground training and was lightly backed last fall. This horse has been easy to bring under saddle and progresses in his training every day. He is a super prospect for an amateur or motivated junior to bring up the levels.

Deuze is light in his aids. He moves well off the leg, but is very easy-going and has a relaxed way of going. He goes in a plain snaffle and I haven’t had to use spurs on him. Although young and still gaining muscle, this horse is a blast to ride and will be very competitive. As a 2-year-old, Deuze went to former “S” Level Dressage judge, Jacquie Lindberg, and she commented on his super temperament and future prospect for the FEI level. Although, he has been started in Dressage training, we have played around with free jumping and schooled over a few small courses. This boy is willing and loves to jump. Deuze is also working on his lead changes and is getting better every ride. This guy has all the talent and scope for future 3'6"+ classes. He would be an awesome hunter prospect or even one for the derbies.
