Due to some recent circumstances on the farm, we have made the very difficult decision to offer most of our "keeper" fillies for sale. It is with a very heavy heart that we offer this special filly for your consideration...

"Carmen" is just what we ordered...and this breeding has fulfilled a long held dream to own a golden warmblood. She is just spectacular!

Carmen is by Goldmaker- the only cremello TB stallion to pass the 70 day test and gain approval with several warmblood registries. Goldmaker received 9's in the test for his interior scores (temperament, character, willingness to work, etc) and also impressed the judges in his cross country work (8s for gallop and jump). He has bred a limited number of mares but has babies competing successfully in the hunter ring.
Carmen is out of the fabulous moving and proven mare Romancing Rio (by Rio Grande). Romancing Rio's babies all have had that "born broke" temperament, amazing hunter movement and jumping talent. Carmen inherited all of these traits- she really is the whole package and wrapped in gold to boot!!

Carmen is registered and branded RPSI and was awarded Silver Premium at her inspection with super comments on her type and beautiful hunter movement. She has also been microchipped and lifetime recorded with USEF and USHJA.

Carmen will be 3 years old in early March 2017 and is ready to start her under saddle career. She is expected to mature in the 16-16.1H range.
