Granlygard's Feauty "Fleur" (Blue Hors Future Cup (Florestan)/Karenagardens Manhattan (Donnerhall)/Wandersmann XX) Olde Country Farm is downsizing and offering for sale this beautiful, top quality proven broodmare with her Premium German Oldenburg Verband Filly Sabrina (Soprano/Blue Hors Future Cup/Karenagardens Manhattan) or separately. She is currently confirmed in foal to Soprano (Sandro Hit/Contender/Tin Rocco) for a 2020 foal. Fleur is a lovely Danish broodmare (also in Main Mare Books of GOV and Hanoverian) with three excellent gaits, very active hind leg, and a great deal of presence. Imported to the USA by Anne Gribbons, Fleur is an outstanding example of the proven Florestan/Donnerhall cross, and as a four-year old, was among the top 10 mares in Denmark. Fleur is by the approved stallion Blue Hors Future Cup (by Florestan out of Disco Lady (by Disco Star x Apart), a finalist in the Federalist Championships in Warendorf and winner of the 5 Year Old and Older Stallion Class at the Danish National Stallion Show. Future Cup was known for his extravagant gaits and exceptional character. He often received scores of 10 for rideability as a young stallion.
Fleur is registered in the Danish Warmblood Main Mare Book with an excellent Mare Performance Test (graded RDH). Fleur was presented to the American Hanoverian Society in 2009 and easily entered into the Main Stud Book. She was Non-Hanoverian Site Champion with the excellent final score of 7.64. She was also presented to the German Oldenburg Verband and entered into their Main Stud Book.
While in Denmark, on July 6, 2005 she was presented for the mare inspection where she received 8 7 8 8 for the body, 7 7 for the legs, 9 for walk 8 for trot, 7.5 for canter, and 8 for overall impression. She also did the riding test that day and received 9 for rideability, 8.5 for capacity, 9 for walk, 8 for trot, 7.5 for canter, 8 for capacity dressage. On May 28, 2006, Fleur participated in the Four-Year Old Qualifier for the Danish Riding Association Championship where she placed 2nd with the following scores walk 8.5, trot 7.8 canter 8.2 rideablitiy 8.5 overall impression 8.3. On September 23, 2006, she participated in the Danish Warmblood Qualifier for the Danish Warmblood Young Horse Championship where she received a 9.5 for walk, 8.5 for trot, 8.0 for canter, 8.5 for capacity and 8.5 for rideability.
Fleur has produced two exquisite Premium Status German Oldenburg Verband black fillies (Soprano's Joy 2016 and Sabrina 2019) both by the Premium German Oldenburg Stallion Soprano (Sandro Hit/Contender/Tin Rocco) and is currently confirmed in foal to Soprano for 2020. Soprano is a beautiful type with very correct conformation and excellent feet. He received 10 for character and 9 for rideability at his 70-Day Test in Neustadt Dosse, Germany. Fleur is being sold with her 2019 Premium German Oldenburg Verband (GOV) Filly, Sabrina or separately. Sabrina is a beautiful, personable filly. She not only has a beautiful type, movement, and conformation, she is extremely sweet and friendly. The remarks from the inspector at her GOV inspection where she received Premium Status were: very good walk, very good trot, very good canter, very harmonious, and very good hind legs showing excellent articulation, suspension and impulsion. Sabrina is a top sporthorse prospect with all of the qualities necessary to eventually be a top broodmare. If purchased together, the pair can remain at Olde Country Farm...all monthly board and expenses would apply under this scenario.
