Hadria is by the Dutch Harness Stallion Charmant (the bay horse pictured) that is currently in training in Florida as a combined driving horse. With 4 foal crops on the ground he consistently passes on great temperament, powerful action and excellent bone and correctness.
Dutch Harness horses are a lesser known branch of the Dutch Warmbloods mostly bred for harness work such as combined driving but showing excellent gaits and aptitude for jumping as well as dressage work as we saw this summer in Rio with Verdades doing so well (Verdades is 1/2 Dutch Harness Horse)
Hadria has a good mind on her. She looks and thinks before spooking and is extremely friendly and clearly interested in pleasing and learning.
She has excellent bone and great feet.
Currently 16.1 and at her age she will probably take another inch.
We think she has a bright future in the dressage or jumper ring as well as under harness.
She was lightly and gently started under saddle in the summer of her 3rd year.
She then had a year off to have a beautiful filly by Rotspon (caught first try with frozen semen) and is now returning to work at weaning and looking for her life partner.
She is dying to get a job and spend time with people.
Her price reflects her age, level of training and the fact that she has a cosmetic blemish that will not affect her ability to be ridden.
