This wonderful gelding is strong in every way. His name means “wise”, he has incredible bone strength, excellent muscle development considering he just turned 2 years old in September, quiet eye and he learns unbelievably quick. Hakkim has a rhythmic 4 beat walk, powerful trot and a rocking canter. He will mature around 16.1hh and best of all, he loves people!
Hakkim’s strength comes from his pedigree. His sire, Sir Gregory, is a very modern type stallion with a beautiful head and neck, correct conformation and beautiful elasticity. As a 3 year old, he was the winner of his 30 day test at Neustadt/Dosse with very high scores in every category:

David Blake and Sir Gregory recently won the USEF Developing Horse Prix St. Georges classes with a 74%!

Hakkim’s dam, Laura Keur Elite Sport Dressage, has the most predicates a mare can attain on her own with a proven gleaming dressage career in Holland prior to being imported to Canada. Laura’s sire, the great deceased stallion Wellington, is the sire of the famous stallions Farrington, Emilion, Glenridge and Kevekko.
This handsome gelding has such an ease about him. He is great for the farrier, easy to deworm, is not herd bound and is at the ground training/lunging level. He would be a fun partner to train for hunter, dressage or eventing. His price definitely does not reflect his value, I genuinely want him to find a good home before winter arrives.
