Gorgeous Imported States Premium Eligible Broodmare. Already in Main Studbook, meets all performance requirements to become States Premium (German Hanoverian registry) and Premium (US Hanoverian registry) Broodmare once first foal is on the ground. "Diva" is a 2009, 16.2 hand dark bay mare by Hochadel out of Fair Lady (Florianus II). She has competed through Third level in the states and has schooled all of Fourth level and showed great talent for Piaffe/Passage. Due to an injury she is no longer performance sound, but has outstanding gaits, an incredible pedigree and disposition that is sure to improve anyone's breeding program.
Her sire, Hochadel, needs little introduction... After a series of wins and high placings in the young horse tests, Hochadel won the 2003 Stallion Performance Test in Adelheidsdorf earning a perfect score of 10 for ride-ability and walk and 9 for his trot. In 2004, he won the Hadelm Riding Horse Prize, and he has since become highly regarded as a sire having produced the licensed sons Heinrich Heine, Hochmaster, Homberg, Hohenzollern, High Crusador, and Hochstern along with the 2010 Bundeschampionate bronze medalist of the 5 year old Dressage Horses, Horatio, ridden by Dorothee Schneider. Hochadel can boast 73 State Premium Hanoverian daughters (Diva would make it 74). Hochadel passes his striking type and his ride ability to his daughters and sons.
Dams sire, Florianus II... is everything you want in a modern sport horse. He is kind, with good conformation and supple, elastic gaits. His bloodlines represent the cream of the international crop. They are matched by his own outstanding and long career at Grand Prix in the most competitive arenas in Europe and North America. As a sire, his offspring have won at the highest level of sport, and are recognized for their extraordinary character, ride ability and movement. Florianus II began his international career at the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Warendorf, Germany. He quickly ascended the levels to CDI Grand Prix with Karin Rehbein. Florianus II was named the most successful Westfalen dressage horse in Germany and won more than 22,000 euros in prize money. After his importation to the USA, he finished first in numerous Grand Prix classes before retiring sound. Florianus was awarded the Crown performance predicate by KWPN-NA, earned by competing at FEI levels and ranked within the 300 top dressage or jumping horses in the WBFSH/FEI rankings. Florianus II has an incredible work ethic. His flexibility and scope, along with with an outstanding ability to collect, helped him excel in the most difficult movements of passage, piaffe and pirouette.
