Hero (Honour JN) is a calm, willing, uncomplicated Lusitano gelding that is very steady to jumps and solid and steady in his flatwork. He is not spooky and is really learning his job at shows. He is calm and confident. Hero is progressing well as a Hunter and in his flat work. He has been in 5 shows and is now progressing from schooling shows to rated shows. He is schooling 3'2" at home and showing at 2'9."

Hero is a very versatile horse and while he enjoys jumping is also an excellent dressage prospect. He has the gaits and temperament to excel in dressage. He is uncomplicated and learned his flying changes quickly and easily. Hero has a wonderful temperament that is well-suited for a young rider or an adult amateur.

He has had a good showing from his first time out and seems to truly enjoy himself at shows! He is a brave, confident horse and will be a fantastic partner for the rider that would like to show and trail ride (he has been ridden on the trail and on a 3 mile cattle drive). He was quiet, calm and interested in the cattle. He would also do very well in Working Equitation. He crosses bridges, water, opens gates, and is already prepared for many of the trail or working equitation obstacles. Hero is a very versatile horse and would enjoy an active barn.

He has been to 4 schooling shows and has just completed his 1st rated show. He is now showing at 2'9" and is developing pace and style.
