Hot to Trot is a tall, substantial, yet rather elegant two year old by Hotline, a Hofrat/ DeNiro stallion who is quite sought after as a sire. Hot to Trot's dam is one of Home Again Farm's best mares — Rohanna by Rohdiamant, who comes from a very prominent mareline in Oldenburg.

Hot to Trot has the temperament we have come to expect from Rohanna — sweet, willing, sensitive, yet very sensible. He has a very good walk, a quick hindleg in the trot and a correct canter. I expect him to finish at 16.3 or possibly a little taller. He leads, loads, bathes, clips, ties, stands well for farrier and vet.

Hot to Trot has had baseline xrays and vets absolutely clean as on 11/09.
