The sire is Wolverine (IALHA #6777P), he is an inspected APSL Lusitano, in the main studbook - lines are dressage (Alter Real) and Veiga. Moves like a dream, with suspension and impulsion. Should mature to around 17.2 hands. Onyx could remain as a stallion, as their are a lot of Spanish-Norman mares and not many stallions at stud. We have had a lot of people wanting us to keep him to breed to. That said, he will make a fantastic gelding. He moves like a Lusitano and has a lot of knee, suspension and impulsion. Very sound. Very sweet. Does not act like a stallion. Wonderful horse. This is a dream horse, for someone. Starting him will be as easy as getting on his back -he is totally socialized and ready.
