Sire: UB40 is a 16.2h Dutch Warmblood. He is a modern, long lined, riding type stallion with an abundance of charisma. He has a beautiful head with a large, expressive eye. His neck is long, has good position and is well muscled. The croup slopes nicely. UB40 shows tremendous power in his movement as well as expressive use of the front leg. Consistently produces elastic movers with very expressive types.

UB40’s sire, Olivi, was the Reserve Champion of his Championship Keuring for Dressage horses at the KWPN stallion show in 1998. Olivi is by Jazz, 2006 KWPN Horse of the Year. Currently he competes at Grand Prix under Tineke Bartels. Jazz is by the great Olympic Cocktail, a dressage stallion with exceptional talent, who was competed by Anky van Grunsven at Grand Prix level. He won several Grand Prix, Grand Prix Specials, Musical Kurs and World Cup Qualifiers. Olivi’s dam is Halla Utopia by Aktion. The popular white stallion Aktion is known for his rideability and achieved much success with the Hungarian Gyuala Dallos.

UB40s dam is Kilucienne by Michelangelo. She competed through Z2 and is from a mare line having Keur, Preferent and Prestatie predicates awarded.

Dam: Ode Aan Liris is an imported Dutch Warmblood bred by the famous STV stud in Holland. She was first premium as a foal and is now a proven producer of excellent foals. Her 2010 and 2011 foals were first premium at their KWPN keurings. Her foals have all been easy to start under saddle and the oldest are going well under saddle with their amateur owners.

Her sire Argus, was the only stallion to be simultaneously competing in both grand prix show jumping as well as international dressage. He is known as a wonderful multipurpose breeding stallion.
Her mother Liris, earned her PREF and PREST predicates two times and also holds the prestigious KEUR predicate. Liris was the dam to 16 foals including the approved stallion Uniform KEUR PREF. Uniform sired many top dressage horses, including Robert Dover's Olympic mount Metallic. He also sired three licensed sons, Gregor, Highness, and Junior-STV.
