Ivy is a lovely mare out of Violet by Vivaldi. Ivy's sire is by the outstanding German imported sire Ichi Ban who is by Polarpunkt, sire of six approved stallions in Germany. Ivy has been awarded Premium mare status from the ISR/Oldenburg Association. Ivy participated and passed the Oldenburg-NA Mare Performance Test. She showed excellent aptitude for both jumping and the dressage ring. She was the top mare at the Derby Farm inspection in 2012 and was the reserve champion mare for the Western District in 2012. Being a proven mare who is easy to breed she would be a perfect addition to your breeding program. In 2014 Ivy returned to the dressage ring and is solid Training level, schooling 1st level. At her very first show, she won her large Training level class. She has also been started over fences and shows tremendous promise to be a hunter or jumper.
