This boy is special! Ivy League is the first foal for sale from the Champion Gelders mare Adessa Keur (x Koss) who tied for the highest score in the KWPN-NA keurings in 2008. Adessa is out of Odessa Keur sport dressage (x Ahoy) who was named 2012 Gelders Horse of the Year in Holland. Ivy League is by the dressage stallion Paganini Crown (x Havidoff) who is currently competing at Grand Prix with Canadian rider Cheryl Meisner. Ivy League was awarded First Premium and won the High Score Dressage ribbon for the young horses at his inspection. He shows beautiful paces for dressage: fluid and lofty, and an amazing temperament. Ivy League is good for the farrier, and stands quietly for vaccinations. He is a big boy and is expected to mature around 17 hh. At 18 months he measures approximately 16:1 hh. His pedigree, which is loaded with predicates, was evaluated by the Gelders Stallion Committee and they suggested that he be presented for stallion pre-approval at age 2 but he will be an amazing competitor as a gelding.
