Jasper is a handsome 2012 model 3/4 Friesian x 1/4 Saddlebred gelding standing 16.1hh.

He is training First/Second level dressage. He has only been in dressage training since the beginning of May and has progressed very fast. He is a quick learner and is eager to please. He is easy to get on the bit and responds well to the aids. He is responsive to half halts and he is more woah than go. His trot is easy to sit and has a beautiful, uphill, rocking horse type canter. He is very kind and willing.

He was broke and completed 3 months of obstacle/desensitizing training as a 3.5 year old with Dennis Auslam, of Redwood Stables in Morton, MN. He has experience with flags, tarps, and obstacle courses, as well as dogs and tractors. He has experience mounting pedestals, bridges, water obstacles and tires with and without a rider.

He is very sweet and loves to snuggle. He has good ground manners.

Jasper has beautiful conformation and stands well for the farrier, vet, grooming, mounting and baths. He is easy to catch and is always the first one to the gate. He is up to date on shots and has a current coggins.

He has excellent feet and is barefoot all year round. Good in group turnout or alone.
