Kadence is a 2012 gelding standing 17h barefoot. Stiletto x Schampus x Pasteur. Still owned by the breeder and therefore green for his age - no fault of his own, but breeder doesn’t do much with her horses and she has no interest in showing. Kadence schools training and some first level dressage. He hacks out and is learning to jump. Has even hopped over xc-style logs. He shows excellent talent for H/J and enjoys jumping. Definitely scopey enough to move up through the levels quickly. Kadence is forward and light on the aids with big, comfortable, adjustable gaits. Not hot but also not a push ride. He is starting to learn changes and jump courses, proving to be quiet and brave. Has the personality of a giant great dane puppy that just wants to please.

Kadence’s sire Stiletto had a successful show career in training & prelim eventing and Grand Prix dressage. Stiletto won Reserve Champion at open training level at American Eventing Championships out of 68 horses. He placed in CIC 1* AECs after only two years of competing. After retiring from eventing at age 15, Stiletto continued to show through Grand Prix dressage, winning his rider her gold metal and obtaining his Performance Gold. The Stiletto offspring are known for being comfortable to ride and having marvelous work ethics with show records in eventing, dressage, and hunter divisions.

Kadence is located in Brooksville, Florida. He is barefoot and UTD on everything. Kadence is registered with the American Trakehner Association. Recent PPE on file – Vet states he is sound, has good barefoot hooves, good conformation, 100% negative flexions on all legs, exam results within normal limits.
