Kahlua is a dark, dark bay (small white star), Perch X TB, coming 6 year old, gelding, 17.3 hands with a wonderful long arched neck and lovely head. He is the handsomest horse in the fairly fancy barn in which he is stabled.. Great disposition – will stand in crossties forever, great quiet loader and traveller, super sensible on trail, loves to lead but happy to be behind if asked, excellent when he roaded hounds last summer, smart jumper with a lovely rounded bascule (though I have not pushed him to do the big jumps because of his youth and size). Rides in a snaffle – and no oversized equipment. There is no bottom to this big, but sensitive boy, he is very comfortable and will trot forever and has a big rolling canter. He would be sensational in big hunt country and is brave and bold enough for eventing. Kahlua is presently in training with a 5'4" professional and doing beautifully. He is a sweet boy who I bought him for myself, but am too busy to give him proper attention. If you like tall, dark and handsome, you too will fall in love with him.
