After 5 surgeries in a year, holding on to and continuing to ride this lovely mare seems to not be in the cards for me. She is no longer a fan of the big jumps on the circuit, but is a blast to ride. (Due to my surgeries she has not been ridden much in the past year. Video on flat is first time in months)). She would also make a fantastic addition to any jumper breeding program. Kartouche (kar-toosh) is a very sweet and friendly horse, great feet, goes barefoot, easy keeper, well traveled and knows the drill for pretty much everything (Although she does request that you leave her ears fuzzy. 😉).
