Kira was imported in 2019 from her breeder in the Netherlands. Her breeding is El Capone/Rhodium/Dutch Gold. See video 1 - July 2019 of her training at our farm shortly after arriving. At that time, Kira was full of life under saddle and combined with her athleticism we thought time with a jumper trainer was in order. She proved to be a talented jumper - videos available on request - but didn't start showing until the Summer of 2021 due to Covid-19. In the Spring of 2022 we took her back to further her dressage training. Kira didn't warrant the expense of Wellington, Florida this season so she stayed in Ontario with a rider friend of ours - see video 2 from September 2022 - with the intent of restarting her training and showing in the Spring on our return.

Due to positive life changes we have decided to sell Kira. She is a very talented mare with scope and presence but she does require a competent rider with a good seat and a sense of humour. She could easily excel in dressage or jumping. She is lovely in the contact and over her back and she does have a flying change. Kira has been out of work since November due to the weather in Ontario. Her X-rays are clean.

Kira would excel in an environment where she could develop a trusting relationship with one rider. Due to our circumstances and her requirement for a special home we have priced her accordingly.
