Lakota is a reg and branded Hann mare, her sire Landkonig needs very little introduction. A superb producer of hunters and jumpers, Kota is no exception. She has an outstanding jump, well suited for the hunter ring. Classy with good form and scope.

Kota was started late to no fault of her own so she is still green. However she is extremely smart and learns very quickly. She goes very nicely w/t/c, and lovely smooth transitions, and her changes are coming along very well.

She would do very well as an ammy hunter, but could transition smoothly into the dressage ring if someone desired as well.

Lakota is priced at a steal of a price, due to the fact that she has mild colic surgery last fall. The surgery was a simple open, reposition, and close case. The vets advised she was in no more risk of a second incident than any other horse would be. She has healed very well and returned to work with no issues.

Lakota is an easy keeper, she holds her weight well, she is sound, friendly, great to handle, trailer, and work around. She is a beautiful mare, who is a pleasure to have in the barn.
