Le Noir "Linus" is a supple, elastic moving son of the multi talented Lagoheider. Lagoheider himself competed at both GP dressage and jumping and produced international GP dressage horses Ludewig G ridden by Lone Jorgensen and FBW Lonevan ridden by Helen Langehanenberg and Ingrid Klimke. Lagoheider is full brother to international jumper stallion Landor S and the hunter stallion Landwerder (aka Silver Lining).

Linus' dam Delila WS scored an impressive 7.5 at her AHS inspection, earning her Champion of her mare inspection. . She is a daughter of 2008 Hanoverian Stallion of the Year, Dancier, and grand daughter of the immortal De Niro. Delila's dam EM Musetta won the 2002 Bari Von Buedingen prize for highest inspection score for the AHS. Delila is one of the sweetest mare's we have ever had on the farm and she has passed along her quiet and friendly nature to Linus as well as her great shoulder freedom and use of the hind leg.

Linus is a well handled youngster who is well behaved for the vet and farrier and is very friendly and people oriented. He is a versatile athlete who could excel in either the dressage or hunter/jumper ring.

Linus is a substantial, solidly built colt with a very correct foundation. I suspect he will finish in the 16.2 to 17 hand range and should have plenty of bone. He also has a very muscular, well developed topline and a beautiful face. Although the focus of our breeding program is dressage, with Lagoheider as his sire, I suspect he will also be equally talented in the hunter/jumper ring. He is handled daily and is pleasure to work with. Price includes registration with the Hanoverian Verband and board until weaning.
