Lenore is confident, sweet, super smart, has comfortable gaits and loves to work! She has impeccable, elegant conformation and is the most gorgeous chestnut with 4 high, near-matching stockings and a blaze.
Brought along by her older adult amateur in a program. Scores at Training Level from FEI judges in the mid-70s. Was 2022 Reserve Champion USDF/KWPN All Breed winner at Amateur and Vintage Cup at Training level. Also won the USDF Region 3 inaugural Adult Amateur Championship at Training level. Shown first and schooling all of second and much of third in February when the jumper trainer at the barn rode her and she was a natural and loves to jump! She has impeccable form, is very adjustable, has a lovely tempo and is honest and brave. In April she went to full time hunter training and is easily cruising 2’6 courses with scope for more and has green changes. Lenore loves children, and with her size would make a perfect step up for a kid, or for an amateur to bring along in a program. She could also make an excellent three day eventer.
Lenore is not spooky, happily goes along on a loose rein, is easy to load and trailer. She also rides Bridleless (videos added below)! She has been to many shows at various different locations and many off site lessons and clinics. She is the same horse away as at home and needs no lunging nor prep.
Lenore is sound with no maintenance. She has gone barefoot and has great hooves, but she is presently shod all around. Lenore had a clean PPE with negative flexions when purchased two years ago. We did baseline x-rays after purchase and she does have a very small spur on the lower joint of the left hock. Recent x-rays and PPE also showed negative flexion tests, and there has been no change in the spur so our vet sees it as a non issue. Rads available to serious buyers. Lenore has been in full training for three years, ridden five days a week and has never taken an off step. Lenore is needle shy but complies if fed handfuls of peppermint treats for coggins and vaccines. Her complete history is known.
Lenore has a lifetime USDF number, a USEF number and a Passport since she was originally registered in The Netherlands. Her sire is a Grand Prix dressage horse and her dam was an International CDI mare. She was presented for her Keuring 9/22 and is approved for breeding in the KWPN studbook. She can be tried in Ocala.
