2011 super cute hunter gelding

LF Mojito -- "Mojito" (April 8, 2011) This 2011 colt follows his namesake - cool, calm, and refreshing! He is by Yager a young stallion in our local area that had shown great promise as a hunter winning in the Baby Greens at Pin Oak with Will Roberts and then later showing the scope to move into the Jumper ring. With his lovely form over fences and great movement, we thought this stallion showed the qualities that would make a nice match for our maiden mare Run Lucy Run - "Lucy". Mojito was a great blend of his parents having a super attitude, being a very quick study, and showing great bone and strength and he matures. He is brave, bold, agile and balanced when playing in the field and holds that mischievous look in his eye that makes you giggle and pay attention. He will mature to approx 16 hands and already has a lengthy step with even swap. His soft eye will win your heart and his talent will win in the ring!!!

Lagniappe Farm

Settled in the scenic hills of Bellville, TX our sport horse breeding operation was established with the goal of producing top level show horses. We have chosen mares and stallions with athletic agility, good solid work ethic, natural talent and ability to be highly competitive. Our small operation consists of a solid group of proven mares that have been handpicked based of their bloodlines, conformation and experience in the show ring . The farm is set in a peaceful setting a few miles outside of town and our stock enjoy big pastures with lots of grass and shade trees, some even explore swimming in the ponds. No matter what time of the day or night the foals are born they are immediately imprinted, handled, and monitored. This level of attention continues as they grow up until they are sold into new homes. We do our best to expose the young ones to most of the regular things they might encounter along the way to becoming future champions. Please browse our site to see our latest arrivals and updates and feel free to contact us with any questions, from all of us at Lagniappe Farm we wish you the best --- Enjoy
