Friesian Sporthorse gelding by the approved Elite Book Friesian Sporthorse FEI dressage stallion Lexington. Currently measuring just over 15.3 and still growing, expected to mature 16.1 - 16.2h. He has good bone, strong hindquarters, a great neck set, and exhibits a nice natural balance.
Bonesy is Registered in the Bronze Elite Book due to his inspection score of 74.45 at his inspection when he was just over 3 months old.
Bonesy's sire Lexington has been very successful at dressage, currently winning at FEI PSG dressage, and having won numerous national year-end awards including USDF All-Breeds 2010 Third Level Champion Friesian Sporthorse and 2010 FSA High Performance Reserve Champion (with a Third Level average of 69.52%), and recently being featured in an article about Friesian Sporthorses.
Bonesy's dam is double registered with APHA/PINTO registrations and has a strong TB blood in her pedigree.
He has been backed and is showing great potential to be a wonderful performance horse for any age of rider. My teenage daughter has been riding him since his return from being backed and he acts as if he's been riding for years. He looks to be able to do some hunter/jumper disciplines as well as dressage or any discipline you may want to train him in. Very willing and easy learner.
