This gorgeous filly, Lokia, (Cassini II/Veritas/Carpaccio), nicknamed "Holy Crazy Legs" was born on May 25th. She has those lovely long legs, a very refined and elegant look and a super friendly and outgoing personality. Literally playing follow the leader around her mom trying to get enough space between us so I can take a picture! She actually is halter broke, learning the basics of leading and can load into and out of a trailer as well! Loki loves people and scratches and doesn't mind you messing with her legs.

Cassini II’s progeny are modern in type and show great jumping potential. Many of his offspring qualified for the German Championships (Bundeschampionart) in Warendorf in 2005 & 2006. In 2005 one of his numerous licensed sons Camargue was sold for €230,000 to Denmark. In 2007 eight of his sons made the final selection for the stallion licensing and three were licensed. Cassini II produced the best jumping horse of the Elite Riding Horse auction in Neumunster in 2004, Caress, a mare which sold for €105,000 to a well known sport stable in Germany.

Caletto II (dam sire of Cassini II) was a significant stallion of Thoroughbred, performance type. Harmonious and deep bodied. Clean correct legs and feet. Good walk and trot with an magnificent canter. Caletto was a good jumper and showed extraordinary form over fences. He had a good temperament.

Veritas, Lokia's dam has produced several site champion foals for AHHA and a Carpaccio mother also produced the reserve champion stallion of the Holsteiner approvals a couple years ago. He was Cascari by Cassini I / Carpaccio and was only reserve to Diarado. So Lokia is very closely related to this guy Cassini II/Carpaccio!
