Lucero Del Alba aka Lucy is a 2012, 15.3 h, grey Andalusian cross mare. She is registered both, half Andalusian and half Connemara.
Her sire is the Connemara stallion Wildwych Thunder Snow (www.wildwy.fatcow.com) and her dam is the Andalusian mare Divine Royal (www.rhfpre.com). Both of Lucy's grandparents on her mother's side were imported from Spain, her grandsire, Dobladillo II, was the 2016 USEF Sire of the Year and her Granddam, Nogalesa-Star, is a multiple champion in halter and movement. Lucy is, without doubt, easy on the eyes: she has a beautiful head, an elegant, well-set neck and a correct conformation.
She has three solid, well balanced and very easy to sit gaits. Her ride ability is high and she is eager to learn.
Lucy has already been successfully shown through First Level with a third place in the 2016 Oregon Dressage Society’s Futurity. She is schooling some Second Level movements. Lucy has also been jumped a little bit and shows potential for it.
She is a very personable and curious horse with good ground manners.
She trailers well and settles in quickly in new surroundings.
She loves to go on trail rides and being turned out by herself or with another horse.
Lucy is definitely the right partner for an amateur, easy to ride and handle and a pleasure to be around with!
She is healthy, sound and has absolutely no vices.
