Luchara (Arya) is a lovely coming 6 year old mare that is an amateurs dream with such an amazing mind on this one! She has a beautiful natural rhythm with 3 smooth gaits, is soft in the mouth, light on her feet, and is continuing to impress us with her rhythmic trot/canter movement. Arya has developed wonderful equitation throughout this last year, is getting her lead changes, lateral work, and has been free jumped up to 1.20m with ease. She had an off property jump schooling last year and handled everything just wonderfully, loaded great, trailered alone and didn't bat an eye at anything! She is starting back with her work over fences again and is showing her boldness and scope. Being still green to the fences, she's not suitable for a beginner at this time. She would be a lovely candidate for a confident and knowledgeable junior or an adult amateur in a program to continue to develop. This intelligent mare is brave and quick to learn and with her athletic abilities she would excel in any direction! If your looking for that equitation/jumper or dressage mare, Arya would easily be that multi-ring horse for her person! This special girl is looking for her life partner to further bring her along, go have fun and compete in the showring with!

Luchara (Arya) is an absolute sweetheart, really loves human attention, is affectionate and bonds with her people. Once she has that bond with you she will give you a real face polishing, just like a big puppy dog! She enjoys being groomed, loads and bathes, good with tarps, crossties, has been body clipped, stands for farrier, is UTD on everything, is barefoot and currently lives inside. She gets along well with other horses, has been with both mares and geldings before. As a 4 month old foal in 2019, she was awarded 3rd place in the foal classes throughout all of BC during the mare/foal inspections, also of which her dam was awarded Premium with CWHBA. Arya is still growing and we expect her to mature to 16.2+, her dam is 16.3 and sire is 17hh.

Luchara's sire, WH Luciano, was the hi-scoring stallion as a young horse in the CWHBA 2016 Inspection Tour. He was also awarded Reserve Champion in the 2019 Canadian Warmblood Stallion Approval with an overall jumping index of 113.56 and received excellent reviews from both the jumping and dressage test riders. WH Luciano is the son of a licensed stallion WH Leader (Landadel x Grannus) and out of a mare Cascarina (Corrado II) who has seen many World Cup ribbons during her career. Luciano's grand sire Landadel is one of the Show Jumping Sires of the Holsteiner breed that produced many licensed sons and offspring competing up to the 1.60m level. WH Luciano has both an incredible disposition and excellent scope. He is currently campaigning 1.45m+ with many top placings at RMSJ, Thunderbird, and WEC winter circuit Ocala, Florida. His modern type, natural balance, scope and incredible conformation is consistently seen in his talented offspring that are excelling in all disciplines!

Luchara's dam, Lucky Charm Z, carries the blood of Lord, Ramiro Z, and Cor De La Bryere. She is a daughter of the Zangersheide licensed stallion Louis (Lord x Ramiro Z). Louis's dam Galina (Ramiro Z) produced numerous licensed stallions and several 1.40m offspring. Louis's sire Lord is one of the foundation Show Jumping Sires of the Holsteiner breed, with more than 200 offspring competing at 1.30m and above, as well as the top levels of eventing and dressage. Lucky Charm's dam, Cracka Z, is by the licensed stallion Crack (Corrado I), and out of a mare Ragna Z, a daughter of Ramiro Z. Lucky Charm Z(Chloe) inspected CWHBA Premium, Main Mare Book in 2019 and is also approved with GOV Main mare book. She was competitive to the 1.10m level with a junior amateur, but before reaching higher levels, she sustained an injury that ended her jumping career in 2017. Since becoming a career broodmare and now having produced 5 beautiful healthy foals, she has proven herself as an exceptional broodmare that passes on her amazing mind, along with great rideability, scope and athleticism to all her talented offspring!
