Lyrically Speaking (aka Keegan) is a 2011 Oldenburg Gelding. Beautiful bay with chrome, he should finish at 16.3 hands. Keegan is ready to show at training and first level this year and is schooling all of the second level movements. He has been off the property to clinics and shows. Scored up to 76.9% as a Materiale 5 year old in his first few shows. Calm and well behaved off the property. Hacks out on the property in the jump fields alone. Short coupled with a big ability to sit. Wonderful personality that is suitable for an amateur. Hauls, baths, and clips. Keegan loves attention is by far the barn favorite with his lovely temperament. On top of this Keegan is also extremely well bred.

Sire is the famous Lingh ridden by Edward Gal. Lingh is described as an honest and reliable stallion that is easy to work with. Damn Sandro Set placed 6th at the Brilliant Ring show. She received a score of 7.91 (high in Oldenburg): 7.75 walk, 8.75 trot, 8.0 canter, 8.5 ridability, and 7.0 jumping. The judge’s remarks were, “A black pearl of exorbitant class. Moves as spectacularly as a down feather and with fascinating looks – very obviously… Sandro Hit.” Sandro Set is leggy and refined with a gorgeous head and neck and very expressive gaits. She is eye catching in motion or standing still. Sandro Set held an illustrious dressage show record up to Prix St. Georges under owner and trainer Jaye Cherry until she suffered a career ending injury.

Keegan inherited the best traits from both parents. He is extremely rideable and honest with expressive gaits. He will move up the levels easily and is perfect for someone that wants a solid partner to bond with in and out of the saddle. Currently in professional training until sold, Keegan is also lifetime registered with USEF and USDF.
