Madeira Girl (“Mango”) is a KWPN Elite Mare with impressive, naturally balanced movements, and a rockstar pedigree including Totilas and Don Romantic. Mango is currently in foal to Fortunato H2O for 2024, getting pregnant on the first try with no issues.

At both her inspection and IBOP test in the Netherlands, Mango received high marks with an overall IBOP score of 76%, with 8’s for her canter, balance, conformation, and rideability.

Mango is the picture of elegance, standing 17h tall with long legs, refined conformation, and a beautiful, feminine face. She has international-quality movements – a rhythmic walk, elastic trot, and a powerful, balanced canter. Mango was imported in 2021 from the Netherlands. She has a sweet, people-oriented personality and has been incredibly easy to work with and handle. She does well barefoot, is great for vet procedures, trailers well, bathes, clips, etc.

Mango’s stallion, Trafalgar, is by the legendary Totilas and out of a Lord Loxley mare. Trafalgar received an overall score of 82% in his performance tests, with praise for his willingness, light-footed movement, and elasticity. Mango’s damsire, Don Romantic, was a known producer of top-quality dressage horses, having had more than 17 licensed offspring after winning his own performance test and being named Stallion of the Year in 2010 for the Danish Warmblood Society.

Mango is currently in foal to Fortunato H2O due April 2024. Fortunato H2O is a 2016 licensed oldenburg stallion by Floriscount (Florencio/Donnerhall) out of EM Raleska (Rascalino/Warkant). At only 8 years old, his achievements already include competing 4th level with owner Lehua Custer, a grand championship at the Devon Breed Show, and a bronze medal at the 2022 FEI Para Dressage World Championships with Paralympic gold medalist Roxanne Trunnell.
