Maestro is a breath taking, 2013, Pinto Friesian gelding! This boy is a superb mix of everything the Pinto Friesian should be: tall and athletic, beauty and brains, and a gentlemen’s spirit. He is a vision in black and white! Maestro has spectacular freedom in his shoulder, powerful hindquarters, big extension, and huge suspension...as though he has wings. Physically he is very strong looking with a nice long leg, beautiful arched neck, and strong top line. He has the fairy tale Friesian presence with a long, thick mane and an abundance of feathers, while staying clean and regal in style like the Warmblood. With a wonderful charisma about him Maestro will be a show stopper with his unique and special look...not to mention his incredible sport ability!
About his sire: Malachi is a 2004, 17H, FPS Ster Friesian Stallion! This stallion is a dream...my dream...in every way: riding, handling, conformation, movement...you name it...he has it...a superb example of the Friesian breed! He has that glorious Friesian trot, a powerful canter, and moves with a regal grace! He is one of the most honest and trusting horses I have ever known. He is modern in build with long clean legs, a super shoulder, nice strong back, and a very handsome head. He also possesses the glorious Friesian look with a mane that goes to his knees, a forelock that passes his nose, and an abundance of feathers! He is magical!
About his dam: Pfarrah is a 2009, 16.3H, black and white Pinto Friesian mare. She is 1/4 Friesian and 3/4 Warmblood. Sired by the legendary Pinto Friesian stallion *Nico and out of an impeccably bred Hanoverian mare named Pfaydra. She is conformationally amazing, with a gracefulness and beauty to her movement. She is truly one of the most kind hearted horses I have had the pleasure of owning...and she believes she should live in my house and follow me everywhere. She is conformationally very correct with a neck many stallions would envy, beautiful long, straight legs, a wonderful shoulder and short back. The icing on the cake is her flashy color!
This combination has proven to be a wonderful match. Their first colt Maestro is everything you hope for: tall, athletic, sporty, kind, personable, and gorgeous.
Do not miss out of owning such a unique horse. He is a wonderful combination of Friesian and Warmblood. There are only a handful of people breeding Pinto Friesians (also known as Baroque Friesians) in North America and this boy has it all!
