Maestro Van Erpekom is a 2009 imported AES stallion that was collected and gelded March 2015.In addition to his striking coloring, he has incredible talent and genetics to back it up. His sire Davinci is by the incomparable Darco out of the mother of 1.60m international jumper Utah Van Erpekom ridden by showjumping legend John Whitaker. Utah won the CSI 5* Nestle Masters in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The Dam's side of Maestro contains Concorde and many other quality Dutch producers.Maestro Van Erpekom is an athletic horse with excellent movement and talent for show jumping. Maestro is shows great technique, and bravery in addition to being careful and scopey. He is somewhat green for his age due to not being developed in Europe by his amateur owner, but he is progressing well in his training and enjoys working and learns easily and quickly. He has all the talent to make it to the Grand Prix level. Maestro is homozygous for black/bay so he will never sire a chestnut foal. He was licensed with AES in Europe but has not been presented for approval with any NA registries and was gelded due to the rules of our barn not allowing Stallions. He's an amazing gelding and much more focused on his job since being gelded. His straws will also be available for sale in American and could be included in his sale at an additional cost.
