This guy is versatile, athletic, an easy keeper, and will take care of you. Marc started his Dressage training in October '08 after three years Fox Hunting. Before Foxhunting he was shown hunter jumper and evented one summer. Last fall we felt like he would benefit from Dressage to lighten his front end - and he has been ridden strictly Dressage ever since. Weekly lessons and additional clinics in both December and January and he already is moving to 1st level movements. He has great ground manners, bathes, clips, and will stand in a trailer for hours perfectly quiet and content. He is Mahogany bay with a star, two hind socks, a gorgeous coat and a beautiful full tail. Marc's training is progressing very quickly due to his well rounded demeanor and intelligence. He has a comfortable trot and rocking canter with a wonderful trainable mind. Often we do a bareback trot workout - easy to sit! This guy loves life, being pampered, and will work hard for you. Marc is safe, not spooky, and loves to go to new places! He has never been sick or not sound, great legs and hoof health. Perfect for the rider looking to continue his Dressage training and have a willing partner - and do just about anything on the side (fox hunting, jumping, etc.). His owner has reduced his price drastically for quick sale as she does not ride Dressage and needs to get out from under having horses in training.
