Marius is a handsome, engaging and very well balanced 8yo gelding who will be the horse of a lifetime for some lucky rider. To know him is to love him; he is silly, sweet and fun. He’s equally wonderful under saddle giving just as much as the rider asks. Owner’s health issues are only reason for very regrettable availability.

He has uphill yet manageable gaits and supreme trainability, always aiming to please. He is incredibly comfortable as has a walk for a ten. He is very easy in the contact and gives you the best feeling in the bridle. Responsive to both leg and seat, easy lateral work, established counter canter, trot and canter half pass, shoulder in, haunches in, rein back, green but willing changes. Shown to second level, most recently taking a jumper rider to her second ever dressage show and happily going around at second.

Marius is well suited to an adult amateur or junior, he is a delight in all ways. He's filled in for a lesson horse here or there and had 70yo and 14yo students aboard, never putting a foot wrong. He hacks out, is easy to clip, stands for the vet and farrier, hauls and travels well. No show prep, no maintenance, no health issues or prior injuries. Beautiful vetting including neck and back available.
