Price is a little negotiable and just added a lesson video. Trying to find her a great home before middle of March. Marlo is her barn name. She is a rare buckskin welsh cob mare with 3 1/4 white socks. This mare has lots of show ring experience in hunter pleasure, competed in trail classes, and as a lesson pony. She is only 15 points away from her legion-of-merit points which is quite an honor. She will jump almost anything. We bought her for my 12 year old daughter to use for eventing. Marlo is a little too forward moving for her which is requiring lots and lots of coaching from mom, and I don't have the time to spend. Marlo is a smart horse, very quick to learn, would make an amazing eventing pony for someone who has a little training talent and is willing to spend time with her. She has, prior to us owning her, developed some unpleasant pacing in the stall at feeding time. This was before we owned her. We have been working with her and she is getting better. She does perfect in a grassy pasture with a friend. Which is one reason we are selling her; we sold her pony friend and we only have a pregnant mare as a buddy. I dont want to put her in with my mare. She does much...much prefer to live out in pasture. Also she does fine being ridden all by herself in the ring or on trails. She has no issues under saddle. She is very talented, sweet, friendly, and loves people and any other horse. She is not alpha or mareish at all. She would make a beautiful dressage mare. She is very hardy and sound with really nice feet. And would do spectacular at making pretty babies, too. Clipping, farrier work and trailers fine.
