"Metro" went to his first show and was super! He was ridden by an amateur and was easy. He loved being at the show and enjoys his training. He is stunning and athletic with a very willing temperament. Metro has been brought along slowly and correctly. He loads easily, clips, has great feet and is good for the vet and farrier. He is fun to ride and is a willing student. Metro has been jumped over small courses and is careful, quiet and willing.
His sire, Mezcalero and all FOUR of his grandparents were International jumpers. Metro is a fantastic, athletic prospect with a great canter and very nice trot!
It was wonderful to have Katrin Burger, The Deputy Breeding Director from Oldenburg comment on him at the GOV inspection in Ocala, FL on August 13th, 2010. Her comments included:
"His hindquarters seem to be very athletic, this horse really looks like a competition horse. He has a nice, loose trot, a really good walk, and we really loved his canter."

His sire Mezcalero (Voltaire X Ramiro Z) has competed internationally, at such prestigious competitions as Aachen, Arnhem, Monterrey, Luxembourg, Lisbon, and Jerez, and in many World Cup qualifiers.
Mezcalero is the siring many successful sporthorse offspring both here and abroad. Including Apache who was named to the FEI Nations Cup team for the USA with rider Ashlee Bond 3/2010.
"Metro's" dam is a young horse name Noble Nellie. She has shown excellent form and scope undersaddle. Her dam Foxy Lady was imported from Australia where she was a very successful Grand Prix jumper and won World Cup classes and numerous Gtand Prixs and Six Bar classes.
