Mi Soldier Boy "Sammy" is a stunning 6 year old gelding out of the famous Makuba. Sammy was started late due to no fault of his own and in the last year under saddle has proven himself to be not only talented but sensible and reliable. This fancy GRP pony has no vices, and has been exposed to multiple disciplines throughout his training. Although the focus has been developing him towards a career as an FEI Pony he also loves to jump, trail ride, play horse soccer, and go trail riding. He has solid strong feet, and is currently barefoot even while in full training. No vices, and excellent ground manners. Stands quietly for professional services, loads, bathes, clips (without sedation), and is a barn favorite for grooming and working around. Sammy is sound and has no history of lameness. What he lacks in a current show record due to COVID for this season he has made up for with many trips to friends farms for outings where he did working equitation obstacles, small cross country schooling and learned that road trips are lots of fun. Sammy stands 146 cm without shoes and will measure within the FEI Pony height requirements. This pony is ready for a serious show career or a life of new adventures.
