Sunstone Sport Horses is proud to present Midnight Special, a 2017 KWPN registered Dutch Warmblood gelding currently standing 15.3 with a little room to grow. “Frankie” is very flashy and will stand out in a crowd with all his chrome! He has three lovely, uphill gaits and is forward and soft in the bridle. He is light and sensitive to your leg and is NOT a ‘kick ride’ as he has more go than your typical warmblood. He is confident, curious, and he absolutely loves to jump and will often hop over fences by himself when he is turned loose! He has gone trail riding and likes to go over obstacles like suspension bridges and teeter totters and he has also done some mounted archery. He is a very sweet and gentle horse, but because he is so sensitive, he will need someone to take their time developing him. Frankie has never offered to buck, rear, or bolt under saddle, but may scoot a few steps when something startles him. He is still young and very playful so he needs his pasture time, but he can be by himself or go out with a group (he is fine with both mares and geldings).
