2017 KWPN 16.1h mare by Franklin. An exceptional quality mare with three correct gaits and a compact build. Mira Dessa has had great success in the dressage show ring with consistent scores in the mid 70’s. She has scores up to 80% at 1st level and a score of 76% in 2-3 at her last show. She is definitely a judge favorite! A few of the judges overall comments have been “correct basics”, “balanced” and “elastic”. In addition to rocking it in the dressage ring, we have found she tremendously enjoys jumping! This year we have worked with Mira Dessa more seriously with a jump trainer and think she would be an outstanding eventing horse!! Mira Dessa is a safe ride that would be a great partner for an amateur or Jr/Yr rider. She is excellent to ride off property and enjoys being worked outside of the arena. Currently schooling jumps of 2’6” comfortably, with clean flying changes. We have found Mira Dessa prefers variety in her training which is why we believe she would be best suited in a jumping discipline. No injuries or surgeries. Very clean health record! X-rays on file.
