~NIXON is a lovely chestnut gelding that is going solid First Level dressage, schooling Second Level.

He is a big guy standing 17h 1" but can easily be ridden by amateur riders.

NIXON has been in light professional training regularly throughout the years with some extended vacation time due to (adult amateur) owners health. Currently in training and doing well.
No vices, easy going, loves to go off property and easy to handle, this big guy is a perfect confident amateur rider's horse. He is the same every day.... even if he is not ridden for weeks, you can just get on him without worries. Practically no spook, just wants to please.
He has fantastic feet and can easily go without shoes. He has a lovely smooth canter, easy to sit trot and big reaching walk. He is doing counter canter, lateral work and collected work. He will jump over most anything while on a trail ride out in the woods, he also has been in a few hunter classes a long time ago with previous owner. Current owner does not jump, only rides dressage and can not attest to his jumping style. Even though NIXON's owner is not competing, he has been to several horse shows just for the experience. He is very well behaved and settles in easily.

NIXON is also a great baby sitter: his current pasture buddy being a weanling/yearling. he will get along with everybody, won't fight with other horses, no kick, no buck and no rearing. He is not a cribber, trailers well and lives happily all year around outside or in the barn... he is very easy going.
