Pikko Del Oro (Oro) is a very elegant and refined 9 year old Hanoverian gelding. 16.1 H. Oro is a wonderful 2nd level schoolmaster that has potential to continue to move up the levels. Oro is a forward thinking horse and yet allows an amateur the ability to learn as he is forgiving of mistakes. Excellent ride and trainability. Oro is ready to show 2nd level and currently training 3rd level + (changes are not confirmed). Very good lateral work in trot and canter, super in the contact - allows rider to learn what a good connection with the horse is. This horse would be super for a lesson program as he does not take offense to different riders and easily teaches riders the foundational movements of dressage.

Oro has a phenomenal temperament. He has had a variety of riders from very timid to experienced riders and accommodated each one of them. Super AA Amateur's horse who is also perfect for a Jr/YR. This gelding comes out every day willing to work and tries very hard for his rider. He is super sweet and wants to be in your pocket. He is easy and fun to take to clinics and shows. He is also good on trails. His owner also adds a little jumping into his training regimen.

Oro would be a super for an intermediate amateur. He is ready to teach his new owner what he knows!! Currently in professional training with FEI rider.
