Ostara BR is a flashy 2019 chestnut filly sure to be pinning in any ring in just a few short years! Sired by the lovely Parcival (16.3HH, Lancelot x Tamara xx Lucky Boy), he is known to stamp his foals with fantastic temperaments, well set necks, beautifully sloped shoulders, and a strong hind end. Though his lineage boasts some of the most influential Jumper bloodlines in the world, Parcival himself was campaigned primarily as a Dressage horse where he was decorated in many awards including the USDF Horse of the Year Awards at Int I, PSG and was the Markel Amateur Winter Champion at Int I and PSG with averages ranging around 69%, many of which were with an AA rider. Currently, Parcival is proving to be a prized commodity and influential sire in breeding outstanding Dressage, Jumper AND Hunter offspring with the brain to be amateur friendly, but the quality that is more than sufficient for a professional. Parcival’s offspring can be found throughout North America and Europe.
Equally talented, Fastination (Thoroughbred, 16.2HH, Finality x Vintage Rose xx Dixieland Brass) has inherited her sire's correct conformation and kind, quiet and easy-going temperament. Purchased after being deemed as not fast enough for the race track by an Olympic 3-Day Event Rider, she showed super talent for all three rings but unfortunately sustained a suspensory injury that resulted in her being suited to less strenuous work. As such, she has transitioned beautifully into a broodmare career and “Ostara BR” is her first foal. As a testament to her temperament, she has been used as a subject for local Animal Science students in their AI Lab where she remained excellent to work with, even for students with no horse experience.
This fillies KWPN-NA registration is pending and she is expected to mature 16.1+ with a fantastic ammy-friendly yet competitive temperament guaranteed to get you noticed in any show ring! She is spunky, curious, very friendly and brave with exceptional conformation! She has some of the most correct legs I have seen on a foal! She is halter broke, trailers, and will begin hard-tying and exposure to water and sprays soon. She picks up all her feet, whinnies when she sees you and is very well put together. On her second trailering experience, she was even self loading without following mom - she's brilliant and brave!
