For your consideration: Rist Ten Wilgendries otherwise known as “Otto”. Otto is a lovely and compact imported gelding standing at 16hhs. He is a really easy horse to ride which makes him perfect for just about any rider wanting a handsome horse to ride and show off!

Otto’s finest quality is his character! He is a easy going horse that is very safe to ride. He would make an excellent amateur or young rider horse. He has no buck, rear, or bolt. He isn’t spooky at all so the rider can be confident in his ability to be a complete gentlemen and focus on the fun stuff!

He is schooling all of 3rd level, with green changes. He is extremely talented in the collection, already quietly offering Piaffe and Passage steps. He also has talent in the collected canter which is shown clearly in the video. Canter pirouettes will be a breeze. He is uncomplicated and easy to put together, including suppleness in all of the lateral work.

He currently enjoys living outside 24/7 and is an easy keeper. He has good feet that are easily maintained and no history of soundness issues. His only physical defect is a slight malformation of one of the coffin bones but has been extensively examined by a veterinarian who in his professional opinion will have no issues for dressage and can be ridden and trained like any other horse.
