Par Chance S is a 2011 gelding who is a junior or amateur's dream horse: with his looks and movement he is gets noticed, with his temperament he is safe for any rider.

Chance is the ultimate 3 ring horse: he has the scope, technique and bravery to be the ultimate hunter derby horse, is careful enough to be competitive in the jumper ring and the rideability to be an eq horse.

Chance started his show career as a 3 year old attending a dressage show at training level. This show set the trend for future shows: he stepped off the trailer and acted like an old pro coming home as training level champion with positive comments and all scores over 60. From there he spent the next 3 years lightly shown in the jumper ring with respectable placings in divisions up to 1.0m.

As a 7 year old for fun Chance was shown in the A circuit hunters, jumpers, and equitation. His first year in hunters with no prep he was 3'3 modified junior/amateur hunter champion in 2 out of 3 shows, had placings in the 3'3/3'6 hunter derbies, helped his rider to placings in hunter medals, and took home a reserve championship in the 1.0m junior/amateur jumper division as well. He is ready to take the step to move up to the 3'6 hunter divisions and derbies.

Chance is safe, honest, and forgiving making him the ultimate horse for the ambitious junior or amateur to move up with. He has a huge step allowing him to effortlessly make the lines. He regularly takes a piece of the hack as well.

Chance is well schooled on the flat knowing all lateral work, has extension, collection at all gaits, counter canter and flying changes. He is a big horse but is a light soft ride. In addition to showing he has been trail ridden, taken on a hunt. Everything that he has been introduced to he takes in stride. He is lovely to groom, clip, bath, for vets and farriers.
