Dam, Elize v/d Broekkant competed through M** in Europe and up to 1.30m in the States with David Jennings before becoming a part of our breeding program. She is by the famous Olympic Clinton out of a successful 1.30m mare by stallion of the century, Darco. Clinton - Darco crosses have already proven very successful with the likes of Upsilon v/d Heffinck, Dante du Petit Lannoy, Eir Van Tombeele, and Tictac du Seignour. On the maternal side, she has two young siblings competing up to 1.20m with amateurs by Montender and Perhaps v/h Molenvondel. Elize descends from Oldenburger stamm line 15, which also produced successful licensed stallions Armitage (Argentinus), Ludwig As (Ludwig Von Bayern) Donnerloh (Donnerhall), Internet (Incello), and Cortino (Diabeau v/d Heffinck). Sire, Canturo competed in the Bundeschampionate finals as a 5 & 6 year old. Aged seven, he reached the finals at the world championship for young horses in Zangersheide. At eight, he won and placed at CSI Wien, in Rome, La Baule and the Swedish Derby of Falsterbo. At nine, Canturo won in Spruce Meadows and was nominated for the Olympic Games. In 2004, among his first crop, he presented the winning sire Canto for the Holstein stallion licensing. In 2005, Canturo won, among others, the Aachen "Prix of Europe". His son, Canturano I, proves his father's hereditary strength by clearly winning the 70-day test in Adelheidsdorf. Canturo´s integrated breeding value is established at 144 points and he already has 13 approved sons and over 25 offspring competing at advanced level.
