Pinot Griggio matured at 15H3. Sire, Guy Laroche, is approved in the ATA. Dam is registered QH, she competed up to prelim in eventing and second level dressage before a career ending accident, retired to broodmare. Pinot was inspected, registered, and branded in the American Warmblood Society. We started Pinot fall ‘11. He’s very willing with an outstanding personality, truly fun to work with. Right now he is going at first level dressage with leg yields, shoulder ins, and willingly gives several steps of relaxed extension. He has been jumped 2'9". He does have an excellent tuck, lift and rhythm. He was cross trained last year and this spring and has been to several schooling shows, x-country schooling and has done a Combined Training show. He came in 3rd in his class with the lowest dressage score. He will make an excellent competition horse in hunter/jumpers, eventing, or dressage. For a smaller horse he has a large stride giving you a large horse feel in a smaller package. He is refined yet has good bone, a lot of presence. He has excellent ground manners, trailers, clips, bathes, x-ties, etc. Pinot's personality, athleticism, soundness would fit different levels of riders and their goals.
