Scout was foaled in April 2022, and is sired by Belgian Warmblood Stallion, Don Quichot, out of old style Jockey Club mare, Tour’s Rocket.

Don Quichot is an International dressage stallion with world-class jumping talent and bloodlines. He is the product of stellar parents: by Quite Easy out of Reina by Ramiro/Almé. He was approved in Belgium as a three year old, and after an early career in the jumpers, he competed to the Grand Prix level in dressage.

Dam, “Roxy” is an unraced Thoroughbred. She competed through training level in Eventing, schooling 1.10 jumpers and preliminary Eventing, and then was sold to a student rider. She is a very honest and sensible mare, forward without being hot, with a beautiful jumping technique that would have shown well in the hunters.

Scout is 72% blood with top sires for Eventing in his pedigree, He should also possess the looks, movement and technique to be competitive in the hunter ring..
