Radnor ISF is an impressive 2021 KWPN-NA colt sired by Ibiza and out of Fienna, D-OC, by Sir Sinclair, Keur. A tall colt with long lines, harmonious conformation, and a beautiful expression, Radnor is a lovely example of the modern sporthorse. He is a balanced, supple mover in all three gaits with an especially noteworthy canter that is always uphill by nature. Radnor has been handled professionally since birth and shows unlimited potential as a prospect for future development in sport.
Sire Ibiza (Desperado x Jazz x Contango) began his success story in 2015 when he was licensed by the German Oldenburg Verband in Vechta and subsequently sold for 170k euro. He finished a strong stallion performance test in Münster-Handorf in 2017 with an overall score of 8.73, including highlight scores of 9 on canter, 8.8 on walk and general impression, and 8.7 on trot.
Within that same year Ibiza finished 5th at the PAVO Cup finals in Ermelo and was celebrated as the Main Premium winner of Oldenburg licensed stallions based on successes in sport, his stallion test scores, and his first crop of foals. The following year he placed 6th in the Five-Year- Old riding horse finals at the World Young Horse Championships in Ermelo. Ibiza has established himself as a sire of long-legged offspring with uphill builds and above average gaits, with many upcoming riding horses and licensed stallion sons to his credit. From his first foal crop he already has a number of offspring qualified for the 2021 USEF/Markel National Young Horse Championships in the Four-Year-Old division with scores regularly above 80%.
Dam Fienna, D-OC, is a daughter of Sir Sinclair, Keur, considered one of the most prolific sires of FEI Dressage horses worldwide and ranked as the #1 Dressage Sire by USEF for the last six years. Sir Sinclair has sired numerous Grand Prix Dressage horses as well as breed show champions, Keur and Star mares, KWPN-NA Top Ten Award winners, and was awarded the Keur predicate by the KWPN based on his excellent progeny. Fienna’s dam Vienna is sired by the approved KWPN stallion Paddox, who was successful to PSG level and produced the international Grand Prix horses Walerno and Arlando. Vienna was designated Prestatie in 2018 based on the successes of her own offspring in sport, including Fienna’s full brother Denali, Sport, who is successful to PSG level. Fienna has been a very consistent producer with offspring already being sourced by international Grand Prix riders in the US.
