Ransom is an amateur's dream all around prospect with his Thoroughbred, Trakehner and Dressage bloodlines.

Ransom CCE is by Dutch warmblood dressage stallion L Primo DG who is a beautiful young KWPN-NA stallion, bred and owned by Willy Arts of DG Bar Ranch in California. L Primo is showing huge talent for collection and did a wonderful NASST last year.

Ransom's dam is a Trakehner mare named Finery who was bred by Jean Brinkman at Valhalla in Florida from a strong line of Grand prix athletes. Her sire Stiletto himself has a fantastic mind, competed at Grand prix himself, but also performed well in eventing and jumping. He is still sound and strong at 26 years old.

A truly versatile prospect, Ransom has lovely elastic gaits. He possesses a smooth open canter, lots of elasticity and suppleness in the trot and plenty of over track in the walk. This is combined with a beautiful head and neck, correct legs and fantastic hard feet. This is combined with a lovely and sweet personality as he loves to meet people and is the first to greet you at the gate. He is eager to learn new thing and we believe that he would be best suited either as an outstanding dressage horse or rock star eventer
He expect him to mature at 16.2 hands and Ransom is an absolute gentleman around the barn. He perfect for the vet and farrier, loves to be groomed and handled. He has been trailered multiple times and does great in the pasture with other fillies or colts.
