This stunning filly was perfect from the moment she was born. She has incredible confirmation and three beautiful gaits. She is a mini version of her sire Contefino, with a top class pedigree, and the most wonderful character.

Her dam, WT Zalira is a 2019 premium Oldenburg GOV mare (Untouchable x Caresino x Corrado I). Zalira’s dam Zara XXIX
is by the interesting bred Caresino (by Caretino x Tin Rocco), his full brother Chipie van de Helle jumped at 1.60m with Yves Houtackers. Their mother Tina also produced the 1.40m jumping horse Santina B (by Corrado I) with Christoph Kaufmann and the GP dressage horse Corrie May B (by Cornetto) with Ellen Bontje. Caresino his Sire Caretino jumped at 1.60m with Ludger Beerbaum and Bo Kristoffersen, he has 68 approved stallions in Germany and 269 offspring are jumping at 1.40m and higher and 18 offspring are competing at advanced level dressage and higher.

Contefino's sire, Contender, is Holstein's leading sire. He produced many outstanding horses for International Sport.

Contefino's dam is sired by Corofino. He achieved victories in international competition.

Contefino received the highest scores at the AHHA stallion approvals. He received the dream score of 10 for jumping ability and 10 for technique. Contefino has 3 very good gaits with a score of 9 for canter.

Contefino was sold at age 6 back to Germany. He was known throughout Europe for his remarkable jumping ability. He went on to compete in the 1.60m classes in Europe.

An injury led to his retirement from the show ring and he returned to the States to pass on his legendary jumping ability.

Contefino has proven himself as a very successful sire, having produced eight approved stallions and many top performance horses.

Contefino has multiple offspring in North America competing at Grand Prix include Contefina LVF, ridden and owned by Ashley Bond, winning at Grand Prix every year; Henrietta, winning at Grand Prix in 2023; and others.
