Its a filly! and she couldn't be more perfect! big blaze and 4 high whites
Top Dressage prospect by Rascalino (Rotspon/Velten III) out of imported Hanoverian mare DarlingH (Danone I/Gibraltar). DarlingH is homozygous for the black gene so can only produce a black or bay offspring. Rascalino is black as well so the chances of a black offspring are high!
Sire Rascalino
Rascalino is a glorious black son of Rotspon, born in 2001. He came first in his performance test with the amazing scores of 8 for character, 8 temperament, 8 willingness, 8 conformation, 10 for trot, 9 canter, 9 walk, 9 rideability, 7.67 for free jumping, 8.33 for jumping manner under saddle, 7 for jumping technique, and a high 9.67 for rideability under saddle in this jumping phase. He has lots of power in his trot and canter, always maintaining the uphill tendency with a perfectly working back. The rhythm of his ground-covering walk is hard to top. He is always an eager worker, always concentrating and unbelievably uncomplicated to handle as a stallion - a true gentleman for ladies. His first starts in shows have brought many wins, winning the Riding Horse Championship in Verden in 2005 and then he earned 4th place at the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses in 2007 against strong competition from abroad. Although only nine, he has enjoyed success at advanced level dressage and has 3 licensed sons, 10 state premium mares, 35 auction horses, and ranks among the top 5% of the best dressage stallions in Germany with a high breeding value index.
Rascalino is by the much admired stallion Rotspon who won his performance test and is a quality son of the celebrated stallion Rubinstein I. Like his father, Rotspon is a very impressive horse with great rideability and outstanding movement. Rotspon’s offspring have so far proven to possess good conformation, an elastic trot and a ground covering walk, and have been very much in demand. Rotspon has begun creating his own branch of the Rubinstein I dynasty with many approved sons and daughters, as well as high-priced auction horses and stellar performance horses. The damsire Velten Third only briefly covered in the Elbe-Weser River region, but still left state premium mares and a top auction lot in Verden. He is noted for adding modernity to a pedigree. The third generation of Rascalino’s pedigree leads us to World Cup III who was trained up to advanced class and frequently passed on his great predisposition to his progeny. The full brothers Word Cup I-V are a triumph of German breeding and come from the hugely influential line of Wohler from whom the world famous Weltmeyer is also descended.
Damsire Danone I
Danone was the top stallion of the 2003 Swedish Koerung. His quality movement made him the deserving winner. His achievement is not surprising, considering the dressage consolidation of his bloodlines--De Niro as a sire and Weltmeyer as a damsire. His movement mechanics must be called optimal. In all three basic paces Danone moves always uphill, with much expression and action and a fantastically working hind leg. He creates a beautiful picture, with his lovely topline and uphill build and very correct underpinnings. This young stallion, with his formidable dressage pedigree is a stallion one will hear much about in the future.
